Return Policy

• All Nigna Diamonds jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various techniques. There might be minor differences in size and dimensions of the final product depending on factors beyond our control. 
• Products can be returned along with the jewelry and solitaire certificate (where applicable). Original tax invoice also needs to be present at the time of return.
• A minimal charge of 2% of the product invoice value will be charged as shipping charges in case the product is sent to us via courier. We will arrange for the pick up of the product using our logistics partner.
• Nigna Diamonds reserves the right to accept any jewelery which has been altered by a third party jeweler and all benefits provided by Nigna Diamonds for the product will be nullified.
• Nigna Diamonds shall quality check the product and correct the valuation. 

7 Days Return Policy

• Only In Stock items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. This does not apply to custom items.
• Products returned should be in unused and/ untampered conditions. If the product is found to be damaged or used, the refund amount will be affected accordingly.
• Product needs to be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and certificates. 
• The refund amount will be paid only by mode of bank, irrespective of your payment made to us in cash/bank/credit card etc. within 2 weeks of confirmation of refund amount.
• Nigna Diamonds refuses to entertain excessive return requests.

Lifetime Exchange

• You can exchange and get credit anytime after one year of the purchase of jewellery.
• You will get credit for Gold at 100% of the prevailing market price and Diamonds at 85% of the prevailing market price
• If there is any damage to the Gold or Diamonds, we will deduct the cost of damaged goods accordingly. 
• Making charges of the original product will be deducted from the credit note.

Resale/Buy Back

• Jewellery bought from Nigna Diamonds can be resold anytime after one year of the purchase.
• Gold at 95% of the prevailing market price & Diamonds at 80% of the prevailing market price.
• If there is any damage to the Gold or Diamonds, the cost for the same will be deducted.
• Making charges and any discounts provided will also be deducted. 

Nigna Diamonds reserves the rights to change the policies at any given time. Policy changes will be effective immediately. Terms of policy as on the day of return/exchange/buyback will be applicable.
