Shipping Policy

• Nigna Diamonds offers free shipping to its customers across India.
• Nigna Diamonds makes jewellery on order (unless you choose an In Stock item). It usually takes 21 days to make an order and get it hallmarked & certified. In case there are any delays, we will communicate it in advance.
• In Stock items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after order & payment confirmation.
• All orders will be dispatched after full payment is received.
• Team of Nigna Diamonds will be in touch for every milestone in the order & shipment process.
• Nigna Diamonds uses specific precious items logistics for all its deliveries. We may need identity proofs of person who will likely receive the parcel. Our team will reach out for the same. 
• All deliveries are insured.
• In an uneventful rare occasion if your shipment is lost or tampered, you must report to Nigna Diamonds immediately.
• In case a product is returned, Nigna Diamonds will charge the shipping cost on actual as charged by the logistics partner.
